The differential air shaft consists of a plurality of slip rings, which can overcome the problem of unwinding and material damage. The slippage rings are controlled to slip at a certain slip torque (torque), and the amount of slip exactly compensate for the difference in speed, thus it can control the tension of each roll precisely, which ensure the winding quality.
The use of differential air shaft improves the speed of the slitter, the accuracy of the winding and the degree of automation.At the same time,it shortens the preparation time and achieve the humanized operation. In particular for polyester thin materials which have poor tensile resistance and big difference in thickness.The use of differential air shaft can reduce the difficulty of winding.Besides, using differential air shaft to wind or unwind precious materials, metal foil and special paper roll, can greatly improve the production yield, reducing the cost of production.
